uniHub™ Business Management Server

The Business Management Server (BMS) is a server-based, back office component of the uniHub™ solution. The BMS gives service providers the administrative operations capabilities associated with Universal Communications Hub (UCH) devices.

Completely scalable depending on a service provider needs, the BMS resides on an Intel based server running the Red Hat operating system. It includes web based administrative interface, a relational database management system, and uniHub™ interface software.

The BMS stores data in a MySQL relational database management system, including account configuration data as well as the unique data from each customer transaction. The BMS provides comprehensive operations, management and reporting capabilities, including:

Managing customer accounts
Comprehensive reporting and billing capabilities
Security mechanisms for activating and deactivating accounts
Custom settings for individual account configuration
Detailed call records Monitoring and reporting on customer usage
Web Based Administration

The BMS includes a web based user interface, a password protected tool that provides access to all the uniHub™ system management functions. Using any web browser, an authorized administrator can monitor and report on service traffic flow as well as manage individual user accounts.
